INCEPTION

“In 2019, fate intervened when Ali and Patrick crossed paths at a bank, sparking a conversation that would change their lives forever. Over a cup of coffee, they ignited an idea for a groundbreaking technological solution in automation, driven by their collective vision and challenges facing by the client at that time.

Recognizing the need for expertise in artificial intelligence, they enlisted the skills of Gul, an offsite friend known for his mastery in AI. With a combined experience of over 50 years in software development and data science, the trio was poised to revolutionize the industry.

Their brainchild, born out of relentless passion and determination, took its first tangible steps in 2019 with the AWS starter program. This initial support provided the foundation they needed to build a robust platform, designed not just for functionality but for scalability, reliability, and extensibility.

Investing heavily in research, development, and refining their product, they spared no effort in ensuring it met the highest standards before its market debut. Their dedication was endorsed by Alex Twigg, digital banking pioneer and the only person in the world involved in the formation of 6 banks. Today, their automation suite stands as a beacon of success and innovation, embraced by a diverse array of customers worldwide.“

Leadership

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Alex is a trailblazer in neo-banking, Fintech, and SaaS. As CEO, co-founder, or adviser he has been involved in multiple successful digital banks and Fintechs across the globe, including Egg, UBank, Judo Bank, Trust Bank, and Alex Bank.

He has a reputation for driving innovation, digital strategy, and customer satisfaction, being recognized in Asia's top 100 fintech leaders and CIO50 lists and being asked to join the UQ Business Schools Innovation Advisory Board.

Judo Bank's everything-as-a-service strategy is now taught in MBA classes as an example of how to use innovation and technology to remove cost, minimize risk, enhance digital resilience, and reduce carbon emissions.

His non-executive career includes payments scheme Eftpos Australia, AlexBank, ConnectID, Cape, and Appeggio, serving as either Board Chair, Chairs of the Remunerations and Nominations Committees, and member of the Risk and Audit Committees.

MSC in Management from University of Sheffield, Ali Raza is beholding a role where he can challenge his core competencies and further enrich his skills.
He has a proven experience of more than 15 years providing and implementing solutions for different banks based on the nature of their businesses, such as investment or retail banking, across the world, including UK, Ireland, Bahrain, Pakistan, and Australia.

New Port University BCS Designed and developed World class products that includes ERP, CRM, Financial Transaction processing, Ecommerce engines and Telephoni solutions. Involved in planning and execution the development of major products and created a major impact.
